We exist to support young adults (all young adults 18-40ish) as they explore God and open themselves to love. We believe in creating compelling spaces where:

- Young Adults can connect with others in their similar life stages and unique needs in a safe place;
- They don't just have a safe space where they can belong and be their full selves, but they also find a BRAVE space committed to supporting their call (both religious and not) and giving them tools and opportunities to grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally;
- We offer opportunities for others to explore their call (either religious or secular) and resources;
- They can come and have some fun during one of our monthly college events or our gather events for young adults in the community/area around River Falls, WI.
THREE WAYS YOU AND YOUR CHURCH CAN PARTNER WITH US
WAY 1: MAKE A SINGLE OR ON-GOING DONATION
We offer a variety of ministry opportunities, but these cannot happen without funding from our partners who give generously. When you give, your funds help us reach, connect, and support young adults in a variety of ways. You can see some of these ways on how your gift would be used.
- A monthly donation of an individual giving $20 a month will go towards sponsoring a college student or a young adult connected through our programs.
- A monthly donation of an individual giving $50 a month helps us reach new students and young adults through large activities such as Pumpkin Picasso Party, Friendsgiving, and Eggstravagenza.
- An annual donation of $500 a month goes towards sponsoring our Thursday Night Journey Nights (Dinner + Bible Study).
- An annual donation of $1000 funds a new and emerging ministries created and led by a student or young adult.
- An annual donation of $2000+ helps us with our operating costs of running Journey House and its programmed ministries.
You can use the tool included here on this page to give conveniently and easily. You can also access it on our APP and website. If you prefer using a check, we do accept those. Simply make it out to Journey House Campus Ministry and send it to 143 E. Cascade Ave. River Falls WI 54022. You can also drop off the check at the house. We are a registered 503 (c) (3) non profit organization.
WAY 2: join our ministry network as a collaborator and equipping partner.
Journey House does more than reach and support young adults. We are committed to reaching and forming the next generation of leaders both in and out of the church. AND we believe our partnerships offer clergy and lay leaders an opportunity to collaborate beyond the bounds of denominational ties to work towards the common goal of being the church.

- New Places for New People: Want to reach new people? One of the best ways to do this is by starting something new!
- Dream Lab: Innovative ministry ideas all begin with one thing... A Big Dream! We'll create space for discernment, bouncing ideas off one another, and discover tools to implement our big dreams in practical ways.
- The Garden: What if there was a better way of doing ministry that didn't lead to burn-out, frustration, or cynicism? What if we created a better structure in our churches to build greater momentum? Using wisdom from the Contemplative life and emotionally heathy tools we tend to the roots of what will feed a thriving faith and ministry.
Other things we are working on:
- Culture of Call: Providing space in worship, small groups, individual conversations, and leadership opportunities to explore a call in ordained ministry.
- An Internship Experience: For any young person whether they are a student enrolled at a partner school or not. We offer both short term/long term options to meet a variety of needs.
Our Church is Ready to do something new!
WAY 3: PRAY FOR US AND OUR MINISTRY
The final way you can help us is by keeping us in your prayers! Pray for the students who we connect with at UWRF and CVTC during the school year. Pray for the Young Adults who come to us looking for connection and growth. Pray for the new and emerging ministries that we strive to empower others to lean into their calling and serve opportunities. And finally, pray for the future leaders who we walk alongside of as they learn emotional and spiritually healthy ways to lead and be.
